"Yesterday you folks completed a landscaping project for me necessitated by windstorm damage in early January which destroyed several 54 year old Norway Spruce on my property. In early February I called your office and a landscape consultant came to my home and began working with me on a plan to help restore some screening and privacy to the area which would be both attractive and low maintenance. He was so courteous and patient working with me and I felt reassured to the point that I never even bothered to get a comparative estimate. He arrived bright and early with the crew, introduced me to them both and reviewed the scope of work with the two guys. I can't begin to tell you how pleasant it was to have them working here.
